Advocate Shubham Jaiswal is a Delhi-based legal professional whose journey uniquely bridges computer science and law. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Science from Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences, University of Delhi (Jul 2014 – Jun 2017).

He pursued LL.B. in International Law and Legal Studies from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2019–2022) — while simultaneously volunteering for 3+ years at the Legal Aid Society providing free legal assistance.

He completed an LL.M. in Access to Justice from TISS Mumbai (Jul 2022 – May 2023), conducted field work with the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, and published a fact-finding report (Dec 2022). He is UGC-NET qualified and has cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).

Are you UGC-NET qualified?+

Yes. I have qualified the UGC-NET for Assistant Professor, combining academic rigour with real courtroom experience.

What makes your Cyber Law expertise unique?+

My B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Science from University of Delhi is extremely rare among advocates. I understand both the legal and technical dimensions of cybercrime, digital evidence, data breaches, and DPDPA compliance.
